What are the costs?

Our cost structure is simple, there is: 1) an agent set up fee, and 2) a data extraction fee. For first time customers, the data extraction fee is included in the initial agent set up. Once the agent is set up then the customer can run the agent on a scheduled basis or on demand paying only for the data gathered. Costs are typically determined by number of websites needing to be scraped, complexity of the website, data source volatility, and the volume of data extracted.

What is an Infosquire Project?

A project is a collection of data provided to a customer through InfoSquire services. It typically encompasses the information extracted from web pages found within one or more Internet domains, and or Blogs and RSS feeds. Some examples may include financial or stock market information, business listings, news posts, resale listings, etc...

The sources (websites) and details (fields or items) of the project are defined by the customer. Projects can be static (one-time extraction) or dynamic (extractions occur whenever they need to, so that the results stored on the data-center are always current). The information within the project can be exported in either an XML or CSV format. We can also automatically FTP or e-mail project results upon the completion of a project execution.

Is your extraction service anonymous?

Unless specified by the client to not be anonymous, all our extractions are set up to be anonymous. Anonymous extractions are completely untraceable and shield your company from detection. This is a critical feature for companies wishing to extract data from competitor's websites or in situations where data gathered creates a competitive advantage for a company. Infosquire does not sell or share client data results with anyone.
